For some time I did wonder why the devil was the Hindu religious symbol adopted by Hitler to represent the Nazi party. Well, here's a passage that provides a clue:

This post is very insightful... the swastika is an extremely religious symbol in India. It’s amazing how it has been besmirched into a symbol that represents everything that Hitler stands for!
ReplyDeleteI found an interesting post about where the word perhaps originates from…(I wonder if Hitler researched all this before he decided to adopt the symbol.. or if he just heard about if from someone and decided he liked the story and was going to adopt the symbol?)
